Marc Crudele – President & ERP Guru
Marc is the President of Innerecho, Inc. and has been developing software solutions for 14 years. Marc's previous positions as Manager of Information Technology at Vanguard Plastics - a leader in plastic packaging solutions - and as Manager of Information Systems at DaqTron - a company developing innovative, turnkey data systems - provide him with an outstanding foundation in both Information systems and business. His experience includes developing Supply Chain Management systems that integrate with commercial applications for $500M companies. Additional experience includes reorganization of corporate process and information tracking systems, implementation of eCommerce solutions for B2B systems in Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies such as Toys R' Us and Roundy's Inc., and assisting with marketing initiatives by organizations such as Georgia Tech.
Jeff Corkran – Partner and User Experience Director
Jeff has been providing web and enterprise software solutions to clients for more than 12 years. He is part owner and User Experience Director of Innerecho, Inc. and works with clients like The Cooper Institute, driving initiatives such as a Clinical Trials Management System and web redesign projects. Previously, he was User Experience Architect at Immedient Corporation. He worked with clients such as 7-Eleven, Brinks and NEC to design innovative and user-friendly desktop, web and mobile device solutions. Previous to his four years at Immedient, he was Senior Multimedia Designer at SixtyFootSpider, whose award-winning clients included The US Air Force, Subaru and American Airlines, to name a few.
Alisha Elliott – User Experience Designer
Alisha Elliott is accomplished in all aspects of design including: web design, desktop applications, print, outdoor media, and environmental graphics. Her career began at The University of Tulsa, where she majored in Fine Arts with an emphasis in graphic design. While in school, she worked on a variety of projects ranging from billboards to posters to direct mail pieces. During this time, she also worked for Eslick Design Associates. There she assisted in the design of way-finding signage for large-scale casinos in Las Vegas. Before joining Innerecho, Alisha found her niche as a user interface designer for etalk Corporation, a software development company specializing in call monitoring software. During her time there, she was instrumental in redesigning and improving the usability of their flagship product, which is used by large call centers throughout the world.
Matt Crouch - Software Engineer
Matt is a philosopher-turned-programmer and Innerecho's resident evangelist for free and open-source software. He joined the team after several years as a freelance developer in PHP and Ruby-on-Rails. Inordinately passionate about getting a data model just right, he is quite happy to take care of the under-the-hood stuff most people would rather not know about. Matt's specialties include system and database administration in addition to back-end web development.
Tyler Fields - Business Strategist
With a passion for ideas and connecting the dots between them, Tyler is known for his questions. He adds to the Innerecho team fresh experience in helping clients elaborate on their vision, facilitate their strategy, and coordinate the many moving parts of a project. With deep interest and involvement in the web start-up trenches, he spends more time than he cares to mention studying social media and web technology. Tyler’s recent past includes involvement with the Dallas Committee on Foreign Relations, the Dallas Chamber of Commerce, and Academic Adventures, an academic consulting firm. He is a recent graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Liberal Arts and certifications in both business and entrepreneurship.
