Welcome

Innerecho was founded in 2002 with a few core values: we believed in small teams, personal relationships, and the power of great experience design. Today we continue to cherish these values and clients they attract.

Jeff has been doing experience design for more than 12 years. Before Innerecho he was User Experience Architect at Immedient Corporation, where he worked with clients such as 7-Eleven, Brinks and NEC to design remarkable interfaces for desktop, web, and mobile applications. Previous to his four years at Immedient, he was Senior Multimedia Designer at SixtyFootSpider, whose award-winning clients included The U.S. Air Force, Subaru and American Airlines.

Alisha Elliott has been designing experiences for the last six years. Her career began at Eslick Design Associates, where she helped create way-finding signage for large-scale Las Vegas casinos. Before joining Innerecho, Alisha was a user-interface designer for etalk Corporation, which specialized in call monitoring software. She catalyzed a design and usability overhaul of their flagship product, which is still used in large call centers throughout the world. Alisha has a degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in graphic design from The University of Tulsa.

Matt is a philosopher-turned-programmer and Innerecho's resident evangelist for free and open-source software. He joined the team after several years as a freelance developer in PHP and Ruby on Rails. Inordinately passionate about getting a data-model just right, he is quite happy to take care of the under-the-hood stuff most people would rather not know about. Matt's specialties include back-end web development, in addition to system and database administration.
