Coast-to-Coast Market Researcher Murray Hill Seeks Experience Design by Innerecho

When companies need help collecting the thoughts and opinions of their customers, they often turn to the Murray Hill Centers. MHC provides special facilities in five cities for conducting focus groups and interviews, each with controlled meeting spaces, private observation rooms and recording equipment. MHC also handles the logistics of recruiting and managing research participants. Their services are designed to make their clients' studies as efficient and painless as possible, and MHC saw a way to further improve their offerings through the Internet.
MHC asked Innerecho to design and build for them a web-based participant management system. It needed to act as an intake for all prospective participants and then allow MHC staff to search by a variety of criteria, run reports, and assign participants to specific studies. Innerecho took these requirements, performed our own research, and then delivered their system with a beautifully simple experience design that saves Murray Hill man-hours and gray hair.
