Attendeez (formerly Tournament Gold) helps event coordinators manage the laborious process of group registration and group housing for events. Let's say that your company headquarters is holding a national sales conference; you might use Attendeez to act as your temporary "Registration and Hotel Bookings Department."
Recognizing a need to streamline processes and reduce paperwork, and seeing a solution in the Internet, Attendeez turned to Innerecho to design and build a web-based event management system. It needed to act as an automated intake and report generator for participant registration and lodging information. But we came back with an experience design that makes their clients look good too; and that, as they say, has made all the difference.
